Walk in for a Quick Check

If you do not need to talk to a nurse, you can go to any of our Sexual Health clinics and ask the reception team for a Quick Check.

They will register you and give you:

  • a pack to take to the bathroom to do your own tests
  • a form to take to Awanui labs for your blood test.

You will only be contacted if your test is positive for an infection.

You should ask to see a nurse as you may need extra tests and treatment if you:

  • have symptoms
  • have had contact with a person with a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
